RESOLUTION NO.04-90
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
PARKING LOT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Elementary School Parking Lot on April 27,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Elementary School Parking Lot is in general
conformance with §301.27 -Parking and Loading Areas and §304 -Site Plan Ordinance
of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Waukee Elementary School Parking Lot be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'-d day of
May 2004.
