RESOLUTION NO.04-92
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE ICE CREAM SHOPPE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Ice Cream Shoppe on April 27,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Ice Cream Shoppe is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Waukee Ice Cream Shoppe be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3rd day of
May 2004.
