RESOLUTION 04-98 I
APPROVING THE PAY ESTIMATE NO.2 FOR CORELL CONTRACTOR,INC.
FOR THE ASHWORTH DRIVE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS -PHASE II
IN THE AMOUNT OF $52,430.02
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Corell Contractors submitted the Partial Pay Estimate No.2 for the work on
the Ashworth Drive Water Main Improvements -Phase II ;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Staff and Veenstra &Kimm have reviewed the Partial Pay
Estimate No.2 and recommend payment to Corell Contractor,Inc.for the period of
October 24,2003 to November 25,2003;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa hereby approve the Partial Pay Estimate No.2 for Corell Contractor,Inc.for the
work on the Ashworth Drive Water Main Improvements -Phase II in the amount of
$52,430.02.

Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 7'h day of May
2004.
