RESOLUTION 04-102
APPROVING FY 2004 BUDGET AMENDMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to file an annual budget amendment,if
necessary,no later than May 31 st of each fiscal year;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee's proposed budget amendment for FY04 was published
in the Press Citizen on May 7'\2004 AND,
WHEREAS,the city treasurer,Linda Burkhart,reviewed the budget for FY04,and
proposed total revenue increases of$3,226,486,and increased expenditures in the amount
of $1,944,939.The excess revenues of$I,281,547,are project bond proceed monies to
be expended in FY05.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'h day of May,2004 that it hereby approves amending the FY2004 budget
as published.
