RESOLUTION 04-107
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
HUNSBERGER PROPRIETOR -PLAT 2
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 2 on May II,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 2 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 2 be approved.

May 2004.
