RESOLUTION 04-108
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
HUNSBERGER PROPRIETOR PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 2 on May 11,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 2 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Couucil of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Hunsberger Proprietor Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Couucil of the City ofWankee,Iowa,and approved the 17th day of
May 2004.
