RESOLUTION 04-106
APPROVING THE PLAN FOR WAUKEE HIGH SCHOOL CONCESSION STAND
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Plan
for the Waukee High School Concession Stand on May 11,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee City Council believes that this structure will create
benefits for the school and the park area;AND,
WHEREAS,the general plans for the building are in conformance with applicable
Waukee codes;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Plan for the Waukee High School Concession Stand be approved as
proposed by the School District.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17th day of
May 2004.
