RESOLUTION 04-103 ]
APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
FOR WESTGATE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technicial,Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements
constructed on Westgate Plat 6 on May 14,2004 AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman found the improvements to be in general conformance with
the standard specifications of the City of Waukee AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman has granted a Certificate of Completion to McAninch,Inc.,
6800 Lake Drive,Suite 125,West Des Moines,Iowa 50265.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of May 2004 that it hereby approves granting a Certificate of
Completion for Westgate Plat 6.
