RESOLUTION 04·110
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WESTGATE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Westgate Plat 6 on May 17,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 6 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 6 be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the l7'h day of
May 2004.
