RESOLUTION 04-121
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Rick Ross with Jerry's Homes has submitted the construction plans for
Parkview Crossing Plat 6,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Parkview Crossing Plat 6 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 7'h day of June
2004.
