RESOLUTION 04-120
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Chad Christensen with Cooper Crawford &Associates has submitted the
construction plans for Williams Pointe Plat 6,and the construction plans have been
reviewed by the City Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general
conformance with the Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 6 be approved contingent upon
receiving a letter from Mr.Schwartz indicating that he accepted the change in water
routes,which would avoid a long standing water problem.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 7'h day of June
2004.1
