RESOLUTION 04-136
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PAINTED WOODS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Greg Pierce with Nilles Associates,Inc.has submitted the construction
plans for Painted Woods,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,approval of the Construction Plans are contingent on staffs approval of the
shop drawings for the lift station;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Painted Woods be approved subj ect to staff and
engineer review and approval of the lift station.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 21 st day of
June 2004.
