RESOLUTION 04-134
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES,INC.FOR THE
HICKMAN ROAD STREET LIGHTING PHASE I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Communication Technologies,Inc.has completed the construction of the
Hickman Road Street Lighting Phase I;AND,
WHEREAS,Anthony J.Boes,P.E.from Snyder &Associates,Inc.has reviewed the
Hickman Road Street Lighting Phase I;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Boes states the improvements constructed as a part of this project are
in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee and
reconnnends final acceptance of this proj ect.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21"day of June 2004 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Hickman Road Street Lighting Phase I to be issued to Communication
Technologies,Inc.,P.O.Box 95,Huxley,Iowa 50124.
