RESOLUTION 04-132
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR VAN HAUEN &ASSOCIATES,INC.FOR THE
R-22 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS,CONTRACT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Van Hauen &Associates,Inc.has completed the construction of the R -22
Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Contract 1;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the R-22
Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Contract 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications ofthe City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of June 2004 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the R-22 Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Contract 1.
