APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE UNDERGROUND COMPANY FOR THE
R-22 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS,CONTRACT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The Underground Company has completed the construction of the R-22
Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Contract 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the R-22
Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Contract 2;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part of this proj ect are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of June 2004 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the R-22 Sanitary Sewer Improvements,Contract 2 to be issued to the Underground
Company,2407 SW 9th St.,Des Moines,Iowa 50315.]
