Ordering Preparation of Detailed Plans,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved Veenstra &K.innn,Inc.as engineers for
the design and oversight of construction for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Generator
and Lift Station No.2 Improvements;and
WHEREAS,detailed plans and specifications,notice of hearing and notice to
bidders and form of contract should now be prepared and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.Veenstra &K.innn,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the Project.
Section 2.Veenstra &K.innn,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract covering
the Proj ect.
Section 3.
hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this twenty-first (21 S1)day of June 2004.
