THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 05-27
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Parkview Crossing Plat 7 on January 25,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Developer,Jerry's Homes,has posted a cash bond in the amount of$35,750.00
for the following punch list items:
1.Install Flumes.(1360 LF)1360 @ $25.00 LF=$34,000.00
2.Replace flared end section on 15"RCP,NE comer Pleasant View Dr.and Parkview
Crossing Dr.and install apron guard.$750.00
3.Valve nut extension at SW comer SE Pleasant View Dr.and Parkview Crossing Dr.
$500.00
4.Apron guard on Sl 30"RCP outlet lot 1 &2.$500.00
5.As built record drawings need to be provided to the city.(To be provided before final
plat is processed.)
6.Street lights need to be installed.(payment already made to others for installation.);
AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 7 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Parkvicw Crossing Plat 7 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 14th day of February
2005.
