RESOLUTION 05-55
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF WAUKEE
AND KURT E.BREWER,DEVELOPER OF GRANT PARK SUBDIVISION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Kurt Brewer has submitted a proposal for single family residential
development in the Grant Park Subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City of Waukee staff and Mr.Brewer have worked through a Development
Agreement,which is hereto attached and thereby made a part hereof;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommend approving the Development Agreement between the
City of Waukee and Kurt E.Brewer,Developer of Grant Park Subdivision.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of April 2004 that it hereby approves the Development Agreement
with Kurt E.Brewer with the expectation that Item 2,page 3 will be changed from "The
Developer,its successors or assigns,..."to "The Developer,Kurt E.Brewer or KE
Brewer L.C.,..."
