RESOLUTION 05-52
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A 2005 TYMCO 600 STREET SWEEPER
FROM ELLIOTT EQUIPMENT,CO.IN THE AMOUNT OF $98,889.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,City sent out requests for bids to be due back on March 18,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the City received only one bid for a 2005 Tymco Model 600 BAH
Regenerative Air Sweeper in the amount of $98,889.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council approved a loan agreement with Charter for a GO Note in
the amount of$98,889.00;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the purchase of a 2005 Tymco 600 Street Sweeper in the amount of $98,889.00
be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 4th day of
April 2005.
