RESOLUTION 05-66
APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.TO
PROVIDE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ON
THE 4=STREET PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to proceed with the design and preparation of
the plans and specifications for the 4th Street Pavement Improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has requested Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.to provide
engineering and construction services on the project;AND,
WHEREAS,the Agreement with Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.identifies the scope of the
project,the varions duties and responsibilities ofthe engineers and a total compensation
not to exceed $22,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this l Sth day of April,2005 that it hereby approves the Agreement with Veenstra
and Kinnn,Inc.for the 4th Street Pavement Improvements.
