RESOLUTION 05-69 I
APPROVING THE COMMITTEE AND PROCESS FOR THE FY 2005 CITY
ADMINISTRATOR EVALUATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Council is responsible for conducting an annual performance
evaluation for the City Administrator,AND,
WHEREAS,the Committee is to be composed of the Mayor and two Council members
appointed by the City Council,
WHEREAS,the Committee for FY2005 will be composed of Mayor Oberman,
Councilmember Peard and Councihnember Stanton,AND,
WHEREAS,the process used most recently involved independent responses from
elected officials and City department heads,which were then compiled by the
Committee.The results of which were then used as the basis for a recommendation to
the City Council.
]NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18th day of April 2005 that it hereby approves the City Administrator
Evaluation Committee to be composed of Mayor Oberman and Council members Peard
and Stanton and authorizes use of the same process used for FY2004 and FY2005
evaluation of the City Administrator.
