APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Connnission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Glynn Village Plat I on April 14,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,although a concern remains as to how storm water will be addressed in this
conservation development,all comments have been addressed by Engineering Resource Group
to the satisfaction of city staff and Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Glyun Village Plat I is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
1NOWTHEREFOREBEITRESOLVEDbytheCityCounciloftheCityofWaukee,Iowa
that the Preliminary Plat for Glyun Village Plat I be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of April
2005.
