RESOLUTION 05-64
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LUND MOTORS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Orgauization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Lund Motors on April 12,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lund Motors is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Lund Motors be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18th day of
April 2005.
