RESOLUTION 05-63 1
APPROVING STORM SEWER EASEMENT WITH
MID AMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,this easement is needed to provide an area for a storm sewer,which is to
IUn under and through the Mid American electrical sub station located north of Ashworth
Drive and east of Warrior Lane;AND,
WHEREAS,this stonn sewer is needed for the continued development of Windfield II
Plat III;AND,
WHEREAS,staff,Veenstra &Kimm and Paul Huscher have reviewed the document and
reconunend approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18th day of April 2005 that it hereby approves the Storm Sewer Easement
with Mid American Energy Company.
