APPROVING CLASS B BEER PERMIT FOR L.F.DES MOINES,t,c,
DBA DES MOINES MENACE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has approved the Centennial Park Use Agreement with
F.C.Des Moines,L.C.AND,
WHEREAS,F.C.Des Moines,L.e.has submitted an application including all
supporting documents and dram shop certificate:AND,
WHEREAS,the City staff and Park and Recreation Board recommend approving the
F.e.Des Moines,L.C.Alcoholic Beverages Division Class B Beer Permit application.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 26th day of April 2005 that it hereby approves the Alcoholic Beverages
Division Class B Beer Permit application.
