RESOLUTION 05-04 I
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.FOR THE
YEAR 2005
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is to the City of Waukee's advantage to appoint a City Engineer for the
Year 2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have served the City of Waukee as the engineer on
many proj ects;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes that during this time Veenstra &Kimm,
Inc.have provided the Council with thorough and accurate information and have
completed their duties as proj ect engineer with meticulous attention to detail.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa does
hereby approve the appointment of Veenstra &Kimm,Inc,as City Engineer for the Year
2005,this day the 3rd of January,2005.
