RESOLUTION 05-01
APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician,Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements
constructed on Williams Pointe Plat 6 on December 14,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman found the improvements to be in general conformance with
the standard specifications of the City of Waukee AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman has granted a Certificate of Completion to McAninch Inc.,
6800 Lake Drive,Suite 125,West Des Moines,Iowa 50265 for public improvements
constmcted on this site.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3,-d day of January 2005 that it hereby approves granting a Certificate of
Completion for Williams Pointe Plat 6.
