THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 05-09
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WINDFIELD II PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Final Plat for
Windfield IIPlat 4 on December 28,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Certificate of Completion for the Public Improvements was issued on
December 8,2004 and approved by City Council on December 20,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Windfield IIPlat 4 is in general conformance with section §303 -
Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Windfield IIPlat 4 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3rd day of January
2005.
