THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 05-14
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE RE-PLAT OF
LEGACY POINTE PLAT 1 LOT 19
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Re-Plat of Legacy Pointe Plat I Lot 19 on January 11,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for the Re-Plat of Legacy Pointe Plat I Lot 19 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
and I
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for the Re-Plat of Legacy Pointe Plat I Lot 19 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17'11 day of January
2005,
