RESOLUTION 05-15
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLOWBROOK PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Melissa Fawley with Civil Engineering Consultants has submitted the
construction plans for Willowbrook Plat 4 and the construction plans have been reviewed
by the City Engineers and the City Staff and fmd them to be in general conformance with
the Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofWaulcee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Willowbrook Plat 4 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 17th day of
January 2005.
