RESOLUTION 05-20
APPROVING FEBRUARY 28,2005 AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED FY2006 BUDGET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee began the review of budgetary needs for FY06 in
December 2004 with a budget planning session for department heads;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator working with department heads created a proposed
FY06 budget,which shows an increase over FY05 budget totaling $505,752.00 with
$4,683.00 in revenue available to be allocated;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed FY06 budget now thoroughly reviewed by the Waukee City
Council is ready to be presented for public scrutiny and review.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 24th day of January 2005 that it hereby approves setting February 28,2005 as
the date for public hearing on the proposed fiscal year 2006 budget.
