RESOLUTION 04-202
APPROVING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE TO COMMUNICATION
TECHNOLOGIES,INC FOR HICKMAN ROAD ARTERIAL STREET LIGHTING-
PHASE I IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,295.30
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Anthony J.Boes,P.E.of Snyder &Associates in a letter dated June 15,2004 stated
to J ohn Gibson that Phase I of the Hickman Road Arterial street Lighting Project had been
completed in general compliance with the plans and specifications ofthe project;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Boes recommended final acceptance of the project by the City ofWaulcee;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee in Resolution 04-134 approved the acceptance of the
Certificate of Completion;AND,
WHEREAS,payment of the retainage in the amount of $5,295.30 is now recommended by staff.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
13th day of August 2004 that it hereby approves payment of retain age to Communication
Technologies,Inc.in the amount of $5,295.30.
