Ordering Preparation of Detailed Plans,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and F0ll11 of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers for
the design and oversight of construction for the Laurel and Fifth Street Drainage
Improvements;and
WHEREAS,detailed plans and specifications,notice of hearing and notice to
bidders and f011n of contract should now be prepared and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the Project.
Section 2.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract covering
the Project.
Section 3.
hereby repealed,
Passed and approved this thirteenth (13th)day of September 2004.
