RESOLUTION 04-204
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WARRIOR PARK GRADING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Reilly Construction Co has completed work on the Warrior Park Grading
Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman has reviewed the Warrior Park
Grading Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
COnf011l1anCewith the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 13th day of September,2004 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Warrior Park Grading Project.
