RESOLUTION NO.04-224
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR ROVNER ORTHODONTIC OFFICE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
PIau for Rovner Orthodontic Office on September 14,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site PIau for Rovner Orthodontic Office is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Rovner Orthodontic Office be approved contingent on the
provision that a sidewalk construction bond be provided the City of Waukee next spring
prior to the issuance of the building permit.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 27th day of
September 2004.
