Ordering Preparation of Detailed p'lans,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers for
the design and for construction staking,processing change orders and partial payment
estimates during construction for the Sugar Creek Trunk Sewer and Pumping Station
Improvements;and
WHEREAS,detailed plans and specifications,notice of hearing and notice to
bidders and form of contract should now be prepared and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the Project.
Section 2.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and Iorm of contract covering
the Project.
Section 3.
hereby repealed.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions ill conflict herewith are
