RESOLUTION 04-226
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WESTGATE PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Westgate Plat 7 on September 14,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 7 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 7 be approved contingent upon a City Attorney
approved maintenance bond for paving be presented to the City before the Plat is
recorded.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 27'h day of
September 2004.
