RESOLUTION 04-229
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;JlN]),
WHEREAS,Due to unusual circumstances,the City allowed Regency Development to final plat
Williams Pointe Plat 5 prior to the installation of public improvements in order for Regency to
transfer ownership ofthe property;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Williams Pointe Plat 5 on September 28,2004 provided all performance and maintenance bonds
and legal documents are given to the City prior to City Council review;AND,
WHEREAS,all the required legal documents and bonds have been received and reviewed by
the City Attorney;JlN]),
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 5 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 5 be approved with the stipulation that there be no
building permits,other than allowed by ordinance,issued on this plat until the public
improvements have been accepted and approved by the City CounciL
