THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-230 !
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Due to unusual circumstances,the City allowed Regency Development to final plat
Williams Pointe Plat 6 prior to the installation of public improvements in order for Regency to
transfer ownership of the property;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Williams Pointe Plat 6 on September 28,2004 provided all performance and maintenance bonds
and legal documents are given to the City prior to City Council review;AND,
WHEREAS,all the required legal documents and bonds have been received and reviewed by
the City Attorney;AND,
1WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 6 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 6 be approved with the stipulation that there be no
building permits,other than allowed by ordinance,issued on this plat until the public
improvements have been accepted and approved by the City Council.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and ap oved the 4th day of October
2004.
