THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-241 I
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLOWBROOK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Willowbrook Plat 2 on October 12,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Willowbrook Plat 2 is in general conformance with section §303
-Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,additional review of the site found that forty (40)feet ofwatennain had not been
constructed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Willowbrook Plat 2 be approved contingent on the purchase by the
contractor of a bond and the presentation of that bond to the City to cover the unfinished forty
(40)feet ofwatennain.

2004.
