RESOLUTION 04-245
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR IOWA METHODIST MEDICAL CLINIC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Iowa Methodist Medical Clinic on September 14,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Iowa Methodist Medical Clinic is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Conncil reviewed the Site Plan while in session October 22,2004 and
agreed that the Site Plan would not be approved as presented;but would more likely be approved
if the site plan included the following improvements gleaned from different renderings:
(I)the curved front
(2)a pitched roof
(3)the entry feature including the pitched roof
(4)a revised south elevation showing more relief and darker brick as shown on
the building front
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Site Plan for Iowa Methodist Medical Clinic would more likely be approved if the above
items were included in the final site plan.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 22nd day of October
2004.
