RESOLUTION 04-249
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE CONDOMINIUMS (REVISED)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Williams Pointe Condominiums (Revised)on September 14,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Condominiums (Revised)is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the developers proposed to remove several multi-car garages from the Site Plan
after Council had approved it;AND,
WHEREAS,after a review by Staff of all proposed changes,the recommendation of Planning
Director Chad Weaver is to permit removal of all garages except three multi -car garages located
on Brick Street and one multi-car garage located on S.E.University Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Condominiums (Revised)be approved contingent upon
inclusion of four (4)multi-car garages originally shown along public streets;those four (4)
garages being the three (3)originally located on Brick Street and the one (1)originally located
on S.E.University Avenue.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the l st day of November
2004.
