RESOLUTION 04-254 )
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR HEMMINGWAY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly orgauized
Muuicipal Orgauization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planuing and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Hemmingway on October 26,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Hemmingway is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Hemmingway be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the lSt11day of
November 2004.J
