RESOLUTION 04-251
APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
FOR LEGACY POINTE PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician,Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements
constructed on Legacy Pointe Plat 3 on November 4,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman found the improvements to be in general conformance with
the standard specifications of the City of Waukee AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman has granted a Certificate of Completion to Corell Contractor,
Inc.,1300 Lincoln Street,West Des Moines,Iowa 50265 for public improvements
constructed on this site.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15'h day of November 2004 that it hereby approves granting a Certificate of
Completion for Legacy Pointe Plat 3.
