RESOLUTION 04-252 )
APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLOWBROOK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician,Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements
constructed on Willowbrook Plat I on November 26,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman found the improvements to be in general conformance with
the standard specifications of the City of Waukee AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman has granted a Certificate of Completion to McAninch,Inc.,
6800 Lake Drive,Suite 125 ,West Des Moines,Iowa 50265 for public improvements
constructed on the site.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this is"day of November 2004 that it hereby approves granting a Certificate of
Completion for Willowbrook Plat 1.
