THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-258
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Parkview Crossing Plat 6 on October 26,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the following punch list items remaining to be completed by the developer,Jerry's
Homes:
1.Installation of 1800 foot of flume @ $20/ft.
2.Clean up around double FES -$500
3.Finish grading -$5,000
4.Sod at sidewalk connection -$125
5.Seeding 28 acres -$2,0001 acre
are to be covered by a $25,000 cash bond and a $72,625 surety bond.
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 6 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 6 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 22nd day of
November 2004.
