RESOLUTION 04-257
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WARRIOR PLAZA PHASE 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission approved the Site
Plan for Warrior Plaza Phase 3 on November 9,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Warrior Plaza Phase 3 is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Warrior Plaza Phase 3 be approved contingent on the
following reqnirements being completed:
1.Continuation ofroofline on the east side of the Phase 3 building;
2.Ganging of the HV AC units and one color for all HVAC screening;
3.Reviewing potential snow loading on Fareway building and correcting,if
necessary
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 22nd day of
November 2004.
