THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-260
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
PAINTED WOODS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Painted Woods on November 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer,Painted Woods Development Company Joint Venture,will bond for
the following punch list items to be completed at the discretion of the City of Waukee:
1.Valve boxes 2 @$75.00 each -$150.00
2.Drop connection -$1500.00
3.Clean sanitary manhole #8 -$500.00
4.Pump station installation $65,000.00
5.Install air release valve $600.00
6.Seed and mulch all disturbed areas -$13,550.00
7.Street lighting installed $40,000.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Painted Woods is in general conformance with section §303 -
Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Painted Woods be approved subject to changes in Notes 1 and 4 on the
Final Plat to reflect accurately the bike trail improvements to be made on Lots 14,16 &17 and
Outlots 13A,14A&17A.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 29th day of November
2004.
