THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-259
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
PARCEL "B"IN GOVERNMENT LOT 10 OF SECTION 4 T78N,R26W
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Lemar Koethe,owner of both govennnent lot 10 and 11,will convey 330 feet
of government lot 10 to government lot 11 ;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Koethe plans to sell Govemment Lot 11 with the additional 330 feet from
government lot 10;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Plat of Survey for Parcel "B"in Govemment Lot 10 of Section 4T78N,R26W be
approved contingent on
1.On the development ofthe plat being consistent with the V &K prepared City of
Waukee Major Streets Plan and the Alice's Road Corridor Plan;and
2.That this contingency be included on the Plat of Survey.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 29th day of November
2004.
