THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-261
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
SPYGLASS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Final
Plat for Spyglass on November 23,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Spyglass will not receive any Certificate of Occupancies on any homes
within the development until the Sugar Creek Sanitary Sewer has been installed and
approved by the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the water main will need to pass the bacteria test prior to filing with the
Dallas County Recorder's Office:AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Spyglass is in general conformance with section §303 -
Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and 1
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Spyglass be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 6th day of
December 2004.
